We just installed the trial for the Sync Subitem Timeline app on our Monday.com account and have the 3 x required subitem columns, Start, End, Timeline, but when trying to add the automation "When start date, end date or subitem in a timleline..." I get "Error Monday.com did not return a valid webhook. Please try again later"

Any suggestions to get this working please
