Both these apps have excellent use-cases within our Monday.com implementation.

We are an administrator of Insurance policies, with both support/call centre, as well as Sales, Claims Administration and Pricing.

In particular, RRP with it's recipe of including a "status" per team member that will allow them to be assigned or not is great. RRA has checkboxes which are important in other use cases of yours. Is there no way that both apps could be consolidated into one (and therefore one integration, and one price)?
