We discovered an issue with the RMB app. In rare circumstances, in combination with high traffic on both our site and the monday.com site the app might report an item in the high-level board missing while it is actually still there. When the app discovers a missing item in the high-level board it deletes the connection between the item and the low-level board. Therefore there is a small chance that you experience down-level board(s) that are not reporting anymore. 

• We worked closely with monday.com to understand the specific circumstances this could happen and were able to detect those. The backend of app has been updated to detect and prevent those "false positives."

• We can also reestablish the connection manually in the database when you let us know:
  • boardId of the high level board
  • itemId in the high level board
  • boardId of the down level board
  • boardId of the template where the down level board is created from
  • (preferably) the id's of the webhooks in your down-level board
