App Disconnected from Board – Unable to Reconnect Webhooks

One of our boards suddenly disconnected from the Auto ID integration, and the automation now shows an error stating: "This app was disconnected. Reconnect."
When I click the Reconnect button, it opens the webhooks automation settings. However, I am unable to remove any of the existing webhook entries from this page. If I try to reconnect using "Use another account," it directs me to a page asking for a webhook URL, which I do not have or know how to obtain.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is there a way to resolve it without having to start from scratch? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
