Round Robin Assignments let you select a team that holds all possible people that can be assigned to new items. When a new item is created and/or a checkbox is ticked the person is picked from this team. The app supports two methods of picking a person from the team: Round Robin and Random. As the monday.com platform does not support guests users to be added to a team there is an alternative recipe where the team can be defined in a cell. In case the team changes persons can be easily added and/or deleted from the specified cell (item + people column). The next created item will pick from the changed list. The recipe for this app is:

The create item recipe can only exist one time on a board. You can define multiple recipes for the checkbox and status triggers by using multiple checkboxes or multiple status columns or status values.
